CURRENT PROJECT: Building pre-school
“Whoever said all men are born equal never left his back yard”… BRAD PITT
In Zambia, 2 million children
are orphaned each year,
1 of every 3 children like……
Many children do not eat or drink for 3 days. Or they drink tainted water and die. Living under virtual starvation and unable to attend school because of the cost of education many have to resort to prostitution, gambling, stealing.
Are we raising future terrorists?
Children who at a young age are so deprived that they will do anything to survive? And when they see someone with something they don’t have, someone they realize was raised with something they never had such as love, security, food and water, care, have they been set up to display their anger towards society.

Imagine living your short life waiting to die, because no one cared enough to step up to the plate and donate the cost of a Starbucks latte, a walk instead of taking a cab, the price of a movie, the cost of a 5th pair of designer jeans or sunglasses. You get the point. It doesn’t take much if we all band together.
Love is a verb
not a noun
The key is developing little brains
early, in an environment where
blandness and squalor no longer
exist, where for a few hours a day
a little 4 year old feels important, loved
and appreciated, like my friend Benson.

Where as a young child you are not sexually
abused, not hungry, don’t feel hopeless. I
have never asked for anything but I am asking
you….NO….I am begging you to help me
save these children’s lives by helping them
develop their brains at age 3 or 4 which is
crucial. I saw so many over 7 year olds who
could not grasp the mildly “abstract” question
“If you could have one wish what would it be?”
or who look flat and traumatized because very
early in life they saw things, experienced things,
and had to survive things no human being should
have to endure. I call these street orphans the
real “heroes of the world”.
“If a man neglects education he
walks lame to the end of his life.”
